Acceptance of Proposals will be e-mailed on or before July 2, 2012.

Note to presenters: Special needs, such as rooms with water or access to the outside, uncovered worktables, and/or numerous electrical outlets must be noted in the proposal so those needs can be met. Presenters must provide all A.V. equipment or pay rental costs from the hotel. A schedule of fees for A.V. equipment will be sent to those presenters that request A.V. equipment. 

2012 Fall Conference Proposal Form

Time Required: (Note: Presenters will be given 15 minutes to set-up so plan to have your students ready to leave by the designated time by allowing ample time for clean up and/or breakdown time.)




Equipment Needed: Presenters must provide all A.V. equipment or pay A.V. rental costs from the hotel. A schedule of fees for A.V. equipment will be sent to those presenters that request A.V. equipment. However, conference coordinators need to know what you are bringing in order to schedule the room.




Presenter Certification: I understand that should my proposal be accepted I agree to register for the Conference and pay the registration fees and any fees associated with my presentation. Any changes or cancellations will be presented in writing or via E-mail to Debi Davis by October 15, 2012. All presenters canceling their workshops after Oct. 15, 2012 will forfeit their conference registration fee. I certify that I am an active member of GAEA/NAEA and that I understand the above information.
